SC4 Buildings in SC 2013

Can any building for SimCity 4 be put into SimCity 2013?

Or is there a way to convert the file format into a file format that could work for SC2013?

SC4 buildings are pre-rendered 2D textures applied to models, whereas SC2013 uses actual 3D models, there is absolutely no way to convert one to the other. The only way to make stuff made for SC4 work in 2013, would require access to the original 3D Modelling files, so you could export them as 3D objects. Even then, you'll likely run into problems because SC4 models can be supremely detailed or just lazily modelled, because we don't have to worry about things like Poly counts destroying performance.

Shame. My skills ain't good, otherwise I would of converted, or made some stuff.

Made something like air cleaner. Some different power plants. Have One Trade Centre, or some Dubai buildings. Or some money cheats
