Can any building for SimCity 4 be put into SimCity 2013? Or is there a way to convert the file format into a file format that could work for SC2013?

Hi. Could there be some mods from SimCity 4 be modded to SimCity 2013? Or have those versions? Like the money mods? Super Cash Parks, something plopable that can generate money without you Alt + W. Also maybe an air purifier/scrubber? There's an ground scrubber, so why not an air one. One that doesn't need to be on a Tower.
