Need help with installing LotEditor & SC4BATinstaller

So basically I need help with installing them as the title says. I included 2 screenshots of maybe giving you an idea what the problem is.

Where did you buy SimCity 4 from?

My Paps got it for me 2 years ago I think (don't know where from, maybe GOG?) and I have transported it with my USB disk to this computer I am using right now. So yeah It should answer you question.

So when you install that, it's checks to see that you have SC4 installed. That's what the second error is telling you. So the game needs to be properly installed onto your computer.

If the game was bought from EA's Origin store, then you can't use the BAT because they put the wrong version (an unpatched version) of the game onto it. If it's the origin version, unfortunately you would have to rebuy it (but it goes on sale a lot).

It can't be, I have read that in ORIGIN version you can't have NAM? Wel the game seems to work fine and all? Also  saw that my game was version 1.1.641.0 so it must not be from origin.

Hiya @TheEstGuy, It seems these installers couldn't detect your SC4 from registry, I have had this issue years ago (I just transported the game folder after reinstalling the OS at then), You can check it out with regedit.exe, If you couldn't find out the keyword "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Maxis\SimCity 4", as an alternative suggestion, I thought you can re-install the game and would be better to install it to the C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\ .

@Cyclone Boom has a tutorial about custom installing the GOG Version, I just couldn't find it out right now, Hope it helps.
