Babylon Nightclub Model

Could someone direct me to the model for the Babylon Nightclub. SC4 devotion links to the STEX for the model file which actually links to a missing page.

I'm not finding a Babylon Nightclub on the STEX anymore at all. 

I'm fairly certain the model was made by 6underground, as he is the only one I've seen using the name New Rhodesia on buildings/mods. But he hasn't been active since 2009. I've messaged M4346 on Facebook to see if he happens to have the original model still.

I have locked the LEX file, until the issue can be resolved. In reading the comments, it seems the original model went missing from the STEX in 2009. I do wish it would have been reported in the forum as opposed to comments on the file.

I've been looking for this original model since it came to my attention. I already asked around, but so far nobody seems to have the original one.
Oh @xxdita, I wasn't aware of that you are a LEX admin/moderator. I only knew about Alex and Casper. Good to know that there is other acitve LEX mod. I'm gonna send you a PM regarding LEX stuffs, since I'm working on a LEX related project in the background with the support of Alex and Casper.

I heard back from M4346. Unfortunately he can't find his backup discs, so the Babylon Nightclub model seems to be completely lost. I know I did have it at one point though. 

The NHP nightclub relot also includes 2 Pride Parks, so I am going to try to get those into a new upload, as well as the Pride Flag modeled by Xiziz that is included. I also now have Marius's permission to reuse his lotting if I can find a suitable nightclub to match it, so I am currently checking the STEX and beyond for suitable nightclubs.

This is the same lotting, plus some extra sidewalk for the entrance, using Krio's discothque model from the STEX. Not sure how I feel about it yet. The building seems a bit small for the lot. Mind you, this is my first even half attempt at lotting, so don't expect miracles.
