Cross-posting from this Steam discussion and elsewhere on Simtropolis I seem to have encountered a bug in which certain assets can be locked out of being used by other assets and mods. Worse, this appears to be tied specifically to user accounts, the asset in question is enabled, being loaded into the game properly, and is possible to place with the Find It mod, but the Metro Overhaul Mod isn't detecting it, almost like my Steam account itself is blocking it from reading that very file information. I'll have to test a copied offline version that changes the name of the asset in question, and I don't know what I need to change...
