Hi all I have a problem with my "color variations" which color the textures below 0 in height. It does not come from my "color texture" which is ok. If anyone has the solution I am willing;)

Hey.

Sry, but I don't know exactly what you want....therefore my answer might not be the right one.

In order to change the color at specific parts of your model, you have to create a color map.

You also have to change the shader of the model, otherwise you won't see the custom texture below zero. It seems to me, that the concrete shown on the picture is just the auto generated concrete texture.

    Hmm, that's weird. It shouldn't do that. Do you model the underground bit yourself or let the game generate it? And could we see your color mask and UV map?

    Yes it's strange :???:

    i've tried with custom texture and with game generate texture

    i've tried with totally black color mask

    but if i activate color variation in the editor all the textures below 0 are affected with color variation and i don't understand why. it will drive me crazy  *:???:

    Maybe thre is Something to do with Modtools… I'm looking for

    I noticed yesterday that I actually have this too on buildings that most definitely didn't have it before. I think it's either a mod or changed in an update. I'll let you know if I find something, but I don't think it has to do with your model or textures.
