Hello.
First of all I apologize for my English, I don't know if I can be clear.
I installed the bridges in Paris, but they don't show me in the game. I think the problem is in the essentials of JENX. Unfortunately I can't find them, I think they were removed.
What can I do?
I don't know if there will also be complication because of NAM 36, which always gives installation error, despite being updated to official patch.
I am sorry, but I am confused.
Thanks in advance

Bridges in Paris? What mod?

To show in game, try dragging a road or avenue across water. A bridge dialog should pop up.

If you have a problem installing NAM, then post in the NAM subforum with the exact error message.

Official patch? What version number of SC4 are you running?

Long and short is, such bridges won't work without having a suitable version of NAM installed. This is because bridges need special code to function in-game. JenX originally released these bridges as a standalone package, but they have since been integrated into the NAM installer. Meaning you won't need the downloaded versions to also be installed.

The installer is checking that your game has been successfully patched to at least version 1.1.638.0, i.e. the EP1 patch. So if the NAM installer is showing this error, almost certainly you don't actually have this patch installed. You should located the game's main application, SimCity 4.exe, by default this is found here:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\SimCity 4\Apps

If you are unsure where your game is installed, use the Windows search function to find SimCity 4.exe. When you have found it, right click on it, select Properties and from the window that appears, click on Details. Here will be listed a "File version", if this is lower than 1.1.638.0, you have a problem somewhere.

Have you purchased a copy of SC4 from Origin?, if so, that may be causing your problems, see here for complete details.

All other digital editions come pre-patched, so otherwise I'd assume you must be using a disk-based version of SC4. Note there are 6 different SKU's for SC4, you say you used the SKU_2 patch, which is intended for the European version. But buying the game in Europe doesn't guarantee you'll get a European version, you need to check which version you have. Again we just need to look in the installation folder:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\SimCity 4\Sku_Data

This time we open the Sku_Data folder, another subfolder will be inside, for example that might be named "Sku1_US". In any case, you need to make sure whichever version of the EP1 patches you try to install, matches the SKU of your disks.

Note that use of an unofficially modified SimCity 4.exe, will also prevent the official patch from working. In the event the patch runs, but the version number is not updated, you need to check the "Patchlog" file, which is created in the folder containing the patch installer. The message "Patch ran successfully", does NOT mean the patching process worked, it only means the application ran.

Failing that, is there any chance you have multiple versions of SC4 installed in-error? For example, a user might buy a new digital release, but install it without uninstalling the original version first. In such cases, the Registry can contain inaccurate or duplicate data, which can lead to all sorts of problems.
