I am not sure how to search for this so I am wondering if anyone knows if this exists or not. I am looking for a tool that can print out all of this city stats onto a spreadsheet or something. Nothing to detailed or anything but show population for each city in each region. I would just like to look at my region population and other things in one place rather than click on each city and look at the information then click on another one and/or going to each one individually. Does that make sense?

I would be more than happy to try and make something like this but I have NO idea how to do it.

You could try Sawtooth's Region Census. Once you load your region in it you can select File then Save Data and it will output a comma delimited file which you can then import into your fav spreadsheet.

Such as:

Just to add...

It might not be precisely what you're looking for as a total summary, but there's another possibility if you'd later wish to have other options with expanded detail. This is in the form of the C.O.R.I Reports by @CorinaMarie which allow data from individual cities to be exported. When clicking the in game trigger link it writes the data to individual text files wherever specified. There's a range of configuration options also, and one that saves to CSV format for processing in column form using a spreadsheet.

As detailed in the following topic:

For example, with the raw data and it'd be possible to create something like:

04-Excel Sample Data.png

This would be one row for each tile, and then it could all be totalled up as needed.

There's 368 total variables which can be read for a city. Some do require running the game for a little while, so it's worth making sure the simulation has been going for at least a game month, if not a year. There are trends to be observed, and it's a really useful way of documenting progression of development.

Another tool which comes to mind is KREW which @Klyte45 developed:

Here it's a web browser based interface which reveals details of each city.

Again it might not be completely what you're looking for, and just thought I'd mention this if potentially worth considering. It does sound like Region Census might be just the tool for the job you're looking for, then perhaps the C.O.R.I Reports and KREW could complement for even more options. *;)

This looks great as well. This might come in really handy for another project of mine down the line.
