Fictional Fandom Nation Using Cites: Skylines

I don't know if this is the right place to post this. If it isn't, I apologize and feel free to move it to the appropriate board. I have been playing City building games for a few years and have been reading many of the City Journals on here and am always fascinated by some of the back stories so I came up with what I think is a neat idea but I don't want to take the time and effort to do it if nobody is interested. I thought it would be kind of cool to create a fictional nation on Fandom with Cities from Cities: Skylines being part of the nation. The nation would have a history, demographics, possibly religions, each city would have its own section within the community, sports leagues, etc. I haven't worked out all the details yet, but am just getting a feel for if anyone would want to be a part of it.

How about a single city with a save that is passed around (with a small fixed set of mods and assets)? Unlock all 25 tiles, then let 3 or 4 players build their cities a few tiles apart from each other.

There was a very detailed city journal a while ago, it was some kind of fantasy world with magicians. maybe that would be a good inspiration. Sadly I don't know the name.
