Help me fix my Cities Skylines

Hi I have a problem with city skylines, im in contact with a paradox ticket and its blaming my mods but i disable my mods and assets and its still happening.

ok so my game will crash and say this https://pasteboard.co/HZc9AlP.png, this happens when the game is loading and sometimes when in the game. the game will also drop back to windows and the icon on the windows bar will disappears super fast. any help would be beneficial. ok now for mods- can you tell me if there are any broken ones and not all are enabled.

now the assets are roads/ car parks/ bus/train/tram skins and other

 

before you go and say verify steam cs game files and put the code into launch options (forced-d3d9) ive done that. anything help to fix my game would be great, im hoping someone who has had this problem and has found a fix can help me, thanks in advance.

These statements would appear to conflict with each other.

The only sure-fire way to know if a game works is to disable all mods completely, then use a brand new savefile. If you can play without problems with such a test setup, then you can be sure the game itself is running fine. If not, then I think Paradox would be the best people to look into your problem if they are offering assistance.

There is one error in your log. A mod with the internal name "ExtendedBuildings". maybe get rid of that
