Ctrl Alt Shift 9 does nothing

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I cannot for the life of me get the diag box to appear when I use ctrl-shift-alt-9 in the region view. I have tried hitting esc a few times as suggested and nothing. I have cleared out mods and reinstalled...still nothing. I was able to get it to work the very first time i tried it, but now it does not work. I'm running this on Steam fwiw.

Hmm. I'm aware of Ctrl+Shift+Alt+R when planning to render a region from a grayscale image. What is the one with 9 supposed to do?

It does sound likely this might be the R being mistaken for the number 9.

I'm not aware of any other commands which are applicable from Region View, with most incorporating game functions in the menus. In case it might be any others you're thinking of, there's a reference list of keyboard shortcuts from the SC4Devotion Wiki available here.
