Different Segments in Elevated Roads

Hello all together !

Short question... is it possible to have different segment types within/on an elevated street/net structure ? I am creating some new roads and

finished all the work to finally find out, that I am able to put together the different meshes and to set the flags to "load" them on different

situations (for example bus stops) but not able to get them to "work". It is working fine within the road editor, but within in the game it isn´t... :/.

I think that stops on elevated vanilla streets are not possible. But you ´re able to "create" them on custom streets or simply add them to vanilla roads with the

help of the road editor. Could the missing vanilla support of those elevated stops be the reason why the game isn´t recognizing the "extra" meshes/segments ?

Is there a walkarround maybe ?

Thanks in advance ! If it isnt´t possible then I have to come up with another satisfying solution ... Sad that I didn´t do any testing before I started creating the meshes.... nahh,

you always have to learn it the hard way ... ;)

yeah stop flags aren't supported in the vanilla game for elevated roads unfortunately! I ran into the same problem where you could still place the stops if you set up the road correctly but the flags weren't triggered :(

I guess with a mod it would be possible to add this functionality if there is a good reason for it. Not sure if an elevated bus stop would make sense, as there is no way for people to get there.

In my opinion it could make sense ... because you could place bus/tram stops on "short" bridges over a river for example. Another example/solution to get there are Rev0's elevators.... ;) But you're right ... in most cases bus stops are better placed on ground level... the elevated ones are the exception.
