What did the readme tell you to do, and what did you actually do (so far)?

In any case, that mod looks like the one that was incorporated to the NAM. I would suggest to install it from there, not independently, as most probably the old version isn't compatible anymore with the current NAM.

    1. no readme was included, so i did what was stated on the mod page: "Extract the files included to your SC4 Plugins folder. For windows users that’s “my documents/SimCity 4/plugins” "

    2. NAM changed some stuff but it doesnt has the looks i want so bad.

when those files were in the suggested location the preview changed but not the actual ingame stuff.

so after searching  i found a comment under a youtube video which said:

change the name of the folder so that it is loaded after NAM. NAM´s folder name is z___NAM so it became zz BTM 2.

    this fixed the problem

The NAM's BTM is an updated version with much better compatibility, although the style is different for the models.

Indeed, such mods must load after the z___NAM folder, so it's best to use a folder prefixed z____ (that's 4 underscores) for this mod to reside in. It might look like it's all working named "zz BTM2", but it's still not loading after the z___NAM folder, which might prevent some specific pieces from showing.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.
