Citizen skelet problem (blender)

Hello. There is a problem. That would be clear, I'm making screenshots. I do not understand, how to put the skeleton on a mesh. I did шт the instructions on YouTube, it was a complete garbage. I chose different positions, but 100% of the match did not work out all the same. How to do it right?

i have problem with skeleton bones, can you give me a ready sample fbx? or screenshots, how look in 3d redactor skeleton position and weight skin. please help me)

There are templates provided in the gamefolder\Files\Templates\Citizens

I have never looked at them though.

Found a problem -_-.export addon broken. Need use FBX 6.1 ASCII

That poor guy. I know Kliekie did a few citizen models, you should poke her.

Already talked with Kliekie. I understood the problem. First time was done right, but the exporter was broken
