Commission a Lot

Would it be possible to commission someone who knows what they are doing to create a building for me?

Nothing fancy.  4x4 high rise.  I would like it to employ 10,000 industrial jobs, mainly high tech and manufacturing, no crime or pollution if possible.

I know this is cheap and a hack, but am interested in it.

Please advise,

This looks like a project I was planning for city development with large pop. using a few commercial and industrial buildings with huge amounts of jobs available.  

It sounds like you are mostly interested in the high amount of jobs, so in that case any of the 4x4 high-rise commercial Maxis buildings re-lotted and programmed with 10,000 hi-tech and manufacturing jobs will do?  

I'm reasonably sure I can switch commercial over to industrial in the lot configuration.  I plan to go the easiest route in creating the mega-job lots, and what I end up with might be of use to you.   This is the first time I'm making a lot like this so no guarantee.

I'm not too picky about what 4x4 building I use --I like them all, so If you want to pick out a building from the stage 8 list linked below, I'll start with a building or buildings you select.  Let me know which ones by the name of the buildings.

The link starts at stage 8 as all these buildings are 4x4 high-rise, there are also a few choices in stages 7 down to about 5 for 4x4 high-rises.

Thank you!  I'm not too picky.  I really like Van Prooijen, Trottier and Lillard.  A 10k job Commercial building and 10K  job Industrial would be FANTASTIC.  Thank you so much for your reply.

Okay, good picks,  these buildings have a modern and hi-tech look.  I'm working on the re-lots.  I'll get back to this thread and attach a zip file with the results.

I think I owe you one.  As I started collecting the buildings I found myself challenged with more 'high-tech' issues than I expected.  This is the way it usually goes with SC4 programming stuff, just when you think you know what you're doing, the tricky program throws another loopy, windy, twisty, curve ball.   So I'm still working on it.    After I get through with SC4 I'm sending an application to NASA.
