Question about DAMN and DAMN Manager

does DAMN and DAMN Manager work with windows. I got my game from GOG

I've done a wee bit of research and found @catty-cb has the DAMN Tutorial from SimPeg on her site. (I've never used the Damn thing, so maybe that will help.)

I am another GOG user that is having trouble getting Damn Manager to run. Please provide snapshots of directories and files. I probably have something set up wrong. I moved all files to simcity4.exe directory.  Thanks.
