I saw a little while ago some posts -maybe a thread- about shifting LHD to RHD. There was one about the registry key which did the trick. But on a new town I just started, the silly Sims went back to LHD.
SO after a couple hours of searching, I couldn't find them.

Paris Skyline
From left to right : the Business Center with the "Arche" in the middle, then the Eiffel tower,
followed by Napoleon's tomb in the "Invalides", next is the cathedral of "Notre Dame"
and the church of "Sacré Coeur", after it is the "Arc de Triomphe" and last is the Bastille column.

Probably because you reinstalled the game recently, necessitating you reset the value in the registry.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

You're probably right. so I ran the NAM installation again, changed LHD to RHD in the custom installation, nothing else, compiled it, and exited.
I also checked the Registry, went to the 01 folder, opened it and found "0000  13 00 00 00" which seemed like right so I quit.
I launched SC4, loaded a city and silly Sims are still driving on the left side. Maybe because it is an older city ?
@rsc204: I also did this : (Funny, I didn't get the "Quote this" icon on these two lines)

Find the install directory, where you should have a subfolder "UKEnglsh". Make a copy of this folder, then rename it to "English".

Then find your SC4 Shortcut, right click, select properties and add the following to the end of the target line "-l:"English"

This isn't a simple whim, it affects how I build roads with roundabouts and such.
