Description Problem -removing?

Hey everyone

 

Stupid question -

I just downloaded NAM and the descriptions are huge and I cant see where I am placing stuff or what piece I have because the description is in the way (hope that makes sense)

Anyway to hide these? I have looked through manuals and things but must be missing it. Im guessing there is a hotkey or something similar, Thanks

What resolution are you running the game with? If it's really small then this will be a problem. But if you use a higher resolution that will make the menus and descriptions fit better. In this day and age, it should be no problem running at least 1024x768, but ideally higher depending on what your hardware supports. Check the graphics properties in game to change it.

    im runnin 1024x768 and no font size mods that im aware of. It only comes up sometimes, that's why I thought It was weird. depending on the piece im choosing to lay. It gives me the full description when im trying to lay the piece (for example, tells me who designs it and then all the info about it) Its no big deal as im still trying to figure out how to master this mod lol

    I concur. That is weird. Intermittent problems tend to be more difficult to troubleshoot. If you could post a screenshot when it's looking goofy, that might help our gurus to figure it out. Just kind of guessing, I'd say maybe it's something related to your operating system. Like some other program in Windoze (or whatever you use) is interfering.

    For that, check out the linkys in @rsc204's signature. There are some really nice vids there showing off the features and detailing how to use NAM stuff.
