Sorry for posting this here but maybe someone will know the anwser. I created few props which I uploaded to steam. After that I deleted these props on Steam. When I went to content manager I still saw these deleted props. I turned them off and unsubscribed. Restarted the game,  the props came back!  When I click in content manager to see them on Steam the message says page not found. I tried various combinations to delete them but they keep coming back to content manager. I don't have these props anymore in my workshop. How can I get rid of them from content manager?

It'll disappear from content manager eventually, but if you want to make it go a little faster you can delete the workshop item.

I'm assuming you're running on Windows. The directory you're after is in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710 (assuming you didn't install Steam somewhere else)
You'll see a bunch of folders with numerical names, these are the Steam asset IDs of everything you're subscribed to. You can see the Steam asset ID when browsing the workshop in the address bar.
Since you already deleted the asset from your workshop it'll be mostly guess work to find out which one you're after. You can sort by Date Modified to hopefully narrow it down a little. If you open the folders, you'll be able to see the .crp if it's an asset, or .dll if it's a mod.
Once you find your thing, just delete the folder and it should be yanked from the game too.

Glad to read you tackled the issue! Another thing you could try a next time before manually searching is to verify the game's local cache before loading the game: this at times helped me to get rid of persistent assets as well.
