If you have the game legitimately purchased on Steam, you can just click the subscribe button and it will download and be added to your game.

In that case, go ahead and purchase the game. We can't provide technical support to players who have an illegal copy of any game for many obvious reasons. The topic will be locked until you buy the game and give us a proof that you have a legal copy of it.
