So my new city includes a lovely new lake next to it, and I'm hoping to find some appropriate lots to give it a kind of "summer-like appearance" where it has some function for Sims to use instead of just being there. Are there any "Lake" or "Beach" modules, or at least some sort of "sand" prop I could use, lest I decide to make a park along it? It isn't made with the "PEG Ponds" kit, so I don't think there's anything I can do on that front. If not a lakeside entry point, are there any recommended marina lots? (this one looks cool)

Additionally, I'd also like to know if there are any house lots that have built in spaces for boats. (Look on Google Earth on any American houses, even modest-looking ones, to have a boat storage area in the back if they sit on a lake or coastline).

PEG had a Lakeside Resort, Paeng even re-made it into a modular set, the first works with PPonds and the later with Tahoe MMP water. Again I would look towards PEG and Paeng's content for things to go alongside these objects. It's a shame I can't reference SimPeg at this point, Paeng did some stunning work along these lines.

One word of caution, some of these files may not be on the STEX. If not, check out Paeng's Scrabble box, recently uploaded on City Builders.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

I was kind of hoping for something with the normal water line, and if that's not possible, I'd like to know if there's some sort of transition piece into normal water (I believe I'm using a Pegasus water mod)
