@SlayViorZ Did you check which options you installed? You may have installed the MML, which requires you to plop a specific lot before the rest of your stations show up.

    Hi,

    APSMS already answered it - Thanks! The MML can be uninstalled if you don't want it, and you want the RTMT lots readily available.

    You also need to spend some time to install the V3.60 update, as those RTMTV3_Stations_... files have really low capacities, corresponding to the old NAM capacity settings - replace them with the newer versions.

    Also you need to configure the prop and texture sets. For the main props (bus-stop, shelter, subway entrance and GLR shelter) you can  install plugins that work in either single-prop or prop-family mode, but not both. Uninstall the others and also uninstall the ones that you don't want. Also install the needed dependencies (only for the props you have chosen to keep). The setup is somewhat complex, but this gives you many configuration options. You can install multiple prop-family-mode busstop props for example, and configure the prop files so as to select a certain prop for each plop; this way you can have different props downtown, at the residential areas or the industrial park, and avoid having the game selecting random and different props every time. Ancillary props (bus sign, phonebooth, timetable) are single-prop only and optional, eg you may have only up to one bus-sign prop; they can also be installed, uninstalled or changed anytime, and the change will affect both new and existing lots.

    Hope this helps.

    @cogeo

    Wow a response from the legend himself!! thanks for the information!!

    Is there an installer version for this as well, as im not too worried about the looks of the stations as oppose to the utility it serves

    Yup, the download contains two additional installers, one for single-prop-mode and another one for prop-family-mode props - I would recommend the latter (but again, not both!). They both install a basic set of props. You may want to further customize the looks though, as it may not be what you were for. Some players, for example may not want a phonebooth (they are becoming less and less common), or don't like having two different bus-stop shelters in the same lot, so I think spending some time to configure your prop is really worth it.

    To clarify. RTMT does not require that you install DAMN to use it. Those are optional files for those users who are using DAMN and want RTMT to work with it. In the same vein, a system called MMLs are supported by RTMT too, but again it's completely optional.

    Both the DAMN and MMLs are solutions to the problem of menu overcrowding. Both have advantages and drawbacks, but I think a lot of players find such things useful.

    Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

    Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.
