Again some spectacular updates, the second edition of the island is a great improvment to the first layout. Very detailed and good use of different custom made lots.

About the Porkie Plaza's. First, I seem not to have the actual basetexture that is used with high-wealth sidewalks, sorry about that.
Second, you should test these lots a bit before you plop them in your cities. They were working fine on my PC, but if there are any problems just let me know.

I really want to say I liked both of your islands.The original actaully inspired me,but then I noticed you updating the river with a recreated island.The island is much more real and I must say you must have thrown on about 200 extra years onto the island.It just looks so much more old.I also love the stairs....thats what just blew me away.

I can't wait for more!

The ground texture is not the one I thought of, but it is great, too. Nice that you put the kiosk on one lot as well.
One thing I would like to be added: One or two other lots with only one tree, but without this colum. Because if I want trees only on one side, I have to plop something like a row of colums now (see last picture of this update). Would you like to make these, too? Please!

Good luck geting me to say that again.....nah,but I'm just so amazed by every little detail and I know for a fact now this CJ shall receive nothing,but high praise sometime in the near future....lol don't worry there has been plenty of praise in the past aswell....either way praise will be given in exchange for these jaw drapping updates....

The plazas,the embankments and you make those stairs look realistic any where which is hard because even in the trixie winning CJs some of the stairs look bad....

The freeway is awesome how it goes under the parking and then under the main avenue to the bridge/island!

I was proud of my Parisian style city....but it's nothing compared to that!!

This is absoloutly AMAZINNG,STUNING.

Probably the most beautiful city i've seen since i come on simtropolis.

I can't find the words to express how much i love it.

All si stuning,the parks,the boulevards,the plazzas,the tramway line,the lay out....etc,etc...!!

And i could writte 10 pages only saying how great those pics are!!

Here are a few new tree pieces for you, some of them look almost the same, but you can just remove the ones you do not wish to use.

OMG, that is absolutely amazing, the attention to detail is impeccable, the part i love is that ground level highway, the way you used one side of the eye candy lots, and the other side left open, looks great.
