Okay, so I just bought the City of Tomorrow, the Airships Set, and the Amusement Park Set. I know, a little bit late, but I have recently got back into playing this game and wanted something a little bit different to try. The Towers seem to be a challenge, but I love it. However, every city that I play since doing the upgrades, I have depleted resources. At first, I thought it was because of the new "omega" resource, but since Omega requires those resources to produce, this just simply is not the case. Also, I have had to demolish all Trade Centers and Ports to add new storage to them. Every time I would add a new storage lot or delivery trucks, they would disappear as soon as I came off from pause mode. Is there a solution to this issue?

Well, I can make you a mod that can fix this for you. Also, try deleting the building and re-plop it. Replopping should work, if not tell me here.

That doesn't work either. I still get the "No Resource Available Here". In photo #4, I have never had any wells on the bottom right deposit, so it should not be saying that.

Alright, I'll make a mod for this!

Edit: the mod is already done, I only have to publish it.

Mod is already done, simply requires to be published.

I recall a while back that someone else was having a similar issue like this.  The issue was that the person was using using a mod that confused the game's "mapping of resources".  Even though there were resources available, the games' mapping of the area was askewed and "didn't register the mistake

    Hi mistery4845,

    I don't play SC13 personally so I wouldn't know for sure.

But maybe this file is the one?

If you're talking about a mod that restores natural resources, I don't think there is one. If I remember right, once you've drained the land, you have to start importing or use recycling(trash) as a fuel for your power source. Or buy power off your neighbor. Doubt you'll get too much help from previous posters, if you notice the dates on their replies.
