My city is FALLING APART! I put a cemetary RIGHT NEXT to a house with a dead person AND NO ONE PICKS HIM UP! Hell, those ******** don't even care! They are using only 2 out of 13 hearses! Please help guys! I don't want my lovely city to die just because the hearses are useless!

Without more details o your city, I'd guess your traffic is getting overloaded.  Try rerouting roads adding more paths and maybe highways.

There are also hearse mods to deal with this as well.

i think the reason why casual people are having problem with this is because they have absolutely no knowledge of how counterintuively the system for hearses work.

The reason why a a cementary hearse that you just built isn't picking up the dead nearby is because the system assigns hearse from anywhere they're available, and the hearse has been assigned a task and it has to complete it even if a new hearse becomes available much closer to the task destination of the previous hearse.

Basically, the hearses that were supposed to pick up the dead are getting clogged in traffic OR are having a very long way to their destination.

The same logic is behind firestations too. If you see a fire, plopping a NEW firestation nearby will not dispatch the firefighters from that station, because the task of putting out the fire was given to the firefighters from the old firestation even if firefighters from the new firestation are nextdoor to the fire and have all the trucks available to respond.

That's how this game rolls.

this isnt fully related since my issue isnt with the deceased, its with hospitals, and im not sure whre else to go for this, but my average city health will not et over 4% no matter what my population or how many hospitals i have, i have gotten cheat hospitals and even got the super hospital that came with the game and nope, nothings, my roads are now crammed with so many ambulances that nothing can move, im not sure wat else to do. i made my own map to play on and i dont think that would be the cause, i do play with other mods but they are mostly all for roads or transportation....could somebody maybe help or direct me to a topic where i could maybe find help? please...

Ambulances are just the symptom, so what is the cause of the sickness in your city? If you citizens are sick, check the water pollution (pumps sucking up wastewater, water towers on oil) and see whether you built your houses directly next to industry, wind turbines or other loud places. If all of that checks out fine, then you may have a faulty asset, but try the usual suspects first.

thank you, i tried to move where my pump houses were to see if that would change anything at it did, even tho i build the map im playing on myself and i know wat is in the ground i never knew the game worked that way and so my problem is solved, still unsure how noise can cause sickness, that doesn't sound like it makes sense to me :P but either way thank you for the info and helping solve my issue. now i can enjoy building without everybody getting sick and dying.

I'd suspect it's more to do with noise during hours of sleep.  Obviously a commercial establishment that operates in a 24/7 atmosphere or an overnight atmosphere will cause noise pollution during the overnight hours.  That in turn causes nearby residential dwellers to experience lack of sleep and sicknesses associated with the lack of sleep.  It sort of makes sense to a degree.
