Catz: I saw that the first pic was uploaded from the C drive. Other people cannot view files that are uploaded from the C drive. Screenshots must be in jpg. format and uploaded from that directory:

 

My Documents\Sim City 4\Regions\Region Name\City Name\Album\Your Screenshot

 

I think you must go into "My Computer" and then click on "My Documents" or whatever your name is. (i.e "Jim's Documents")

actually there is some usage

its by IHT so naturally there isn't more than 20 people using it, but it seems like it must be killing my commute time. (not that having a street crossing a runway wouldn't)
