Cloud-saved cities don't load

Today I found a new problem... I can't load the cities that I saved with cloud steam, or something like that... This game has really lots of bugs, I can only play one week, before another one appears.

It would be good if you could screenshot the error message. Are you online, when you try to load them?

Can you be more descriptive?  Can't load cities doesn't give us much to work with.

 

Post step-by-step of what steps you took to load the city and any messages you get?

Always back up cities on cloud AND on your disc too...

So if one of the 2 don't work you still have a chance on the other one...

I also tried to remove mods but it still doesn't work. What can I try to do?
