Increase LandValue in Industrial sector

How do i increase the land value in the industrial sector of my city?

 

I feels wrong to place parks... is it services like police, hospital and firedepartment?

 

Or other things that should go in the industrial section as "services" to increas their land value?

Why do you want to increase land value in industrial? I'm pretty sure industry doesn't care about land value. In fact it drops land value specifically because it's industrial.

It goes into the city average. Also, even industry upgrades, except the specialized one. The main factor is providing services. Fire counts most, police is nice to have, but even education and healthcare helps a little bit. The other biggy next to fire stations is providing public transport.. I also place some plazas (the parks look ugly).

Parks help a lot and basic services. Industrial areas usually have a high risk of fire so make sure you have extra fire stations in the industrial areas.

I didn't like the look of parks and plaza's in my industrial zone, so I made a 4x4 industrial parking lot with some park values in the asset editor:

about the fire; I tend to make districts for my industrial zones and use the fire detectors policy there to help out. Seems more efficient and realistic than dropping in multiple fire stations.
