The 10.3 update lets you transfer multiplayer cities (regions, it seems, actually) to single-player.  Info here.

That's about it.  I don't see any other notes.

Yep, they seem to have given up on improving the game.

Agreed :) I'm glad they added this feature. Glad to see another update, actually.

Just an uninteresting person that plays video games for your falsified amusement.

It's about time...

Though I don't remember anything about my regions on their servers... I don't think I care enough to find out.

I have always played SC2013 in single player mode.  I waited to purchase SC2013 until the offline mode came out.  So basically this update is useless to me.  I think this will be one of the last updates for SC2013 we will see from EA.

The sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older.  Shorter of breath, and one day closer to death."

Same deal here. I had a very limited connection at that time so online wasn't an option.

Before they finally shut off all support for the game, I would like one last update where you can set up your own multiplayer games, just so that feature still exists after Maxis (unfortunately) moves on. :|

At least let you local network in your house.  I'd like to play with my kids, but not so much to buy extra copies.
