NAM 32.1 Aspyr App Store

Have downloaded the NAM package and game runs fine and have many options to choose from. The items that say they are draggable do not allow me to do so, I have to place each tile one by one.

 

Any thoughts on how to correct this?

Aside from the base RealHighway tool, they don't instantly drag out like the standard networks.  Those pieces you're seeing that you've described as only being able to place "one by one" are most likely starter pieces.  In order to use those network tools, place the starter, then drag a base network tool through that starter.  It'll convert to match the starter.  For instance, if you want to build Ground Light Rail, place the starter piece, and then drag the Elevated Rail tool through the starter.  The Elevated Rail will turn into Ground Light Rail.

 

The "tooltip" text you get when hovering over the menu buttons for most of these NAM draggable items should give you a hint to this effect.

 

We can't actually add truly new networks to the game, but the starter piece method does allow us to emulate that process to a large extent.
