Great Works bug -- wrong Great Work across multiple cities

Hello all, recently a friend and I decided to build a great works in Rambling Badlands (14 cities, 2 great works). We each built two cities to contribute all the materials/power/workers etc and chose an International Airport.
My friend paid the initial $1,000,000 for the Airport and started it, and I began supplying the Oil. However, upon changing to my other city I noticed that the Great Work he chose (there's only 1 GW site our cities can access) was in fact the Arcology. Any Oil I provided from my first city was reported as Alloy from, the second city, matching whatever percent that I'd provided. 
This bug was replicated when my friend joined his second city, where he saw Arcology instead of International Airport. 

So, 2 cities saw International Airport and 2 cities saw Arcology, when the starting city chose the Airport. 

 

When we finished providing the resources and the construction completed, two continued to see the Airport and two continued to see the Arcology, as if completed. The two Arcology cities had, for all intents and purposes, an Arcology, even though we had never provided the TVs, etc. that are needed for an Arcology. 

 

It's a very strange bug that we've never seen before and we can't find anyone else on these or other forums who have the same issue.

Hello,

I'm in the exact same problem, we are 3 with 4 cities around the great works, and I started yesterday the Airport, I gave 1M$, we waited for the works to begin, and then, 10 min after, the games tell me that something happened when the great work were launched, and I had my money back.

 

But now, I see that the Arcology is launched, but all my friends see the Airport on place!

 

I start a new city next to mine, just waited 2 minutes, and I saw the great Airport is under construction.

No idea what happened, I'm stuck because I'm the city full of petrol who supposed to supplie the construction of the airport, but I can't send it!

Same problem here! Created a Solar Farm in one city, but the other cities around it are miraculously seeing an international airport! Which I did not build and do not want..Pretty horrible bug!

I've had a problem just this week where we built an arcology - but its only visable from a couple of cities - as far as the other cities are concerned - the arcology does not exist.

Just exactly the same problem! I cannot play normally. Online with friends.

I see solarpower, others see intl airport. Great game!..

Across 4 of my 5 cities it says the international airport is being constructed (the great work I chose) however in 1 city it says arcology is in construction. Any advice or fixes for sorting this?

This is probably a syncing issue. I could try to do something...
