Mods and SC4 for OS X

I've recently got the Aspyr OS X port and I'm trying to rebuilding/import my library.

 

I'm finding that many of my mod files, including prop/texture packs and others, seem to not work/CTD my game. Is there something that I can do to remedy this situation?

 

Is there anyone else that is having this problem or that has a solution?

It's been discovered that:

 

• The Aspyr port is missing the important SKU and Night Lighting updates
• Certain DAT files can cause CTDs
• Parts of the NAM do not work
• Custom maps can't be rendered
• And some people seem to have a set GB size limit on their plugins folder before the game stops working
