simtropolis Cannot enter Simtropolis chat

Yeah, I cannot enter the Simtropolis chat. i don't know if I'm just stupid, but I don't see any problem. There's no issue with a PlugIn or the Firewall or something like that. There's just a white screen.

What browser are you using? It might help to try a different browser.

If you're using Internet Explorer, it does have some compatibility issues with some sites. This is mainly with the latest version (11). As Meister suggested, it might work more stable in an alternative like Firefox or Chrome. Otherwise, try clearing your cache and browsing data and restarting your computer.
 
Also make sure JavaScript is enabled (should be by default), and you're running the latest version of Flash Player. This is a requirement to enter and use the chat, with it being predominately flash-based.

Just tried it.  Got in with no problems.  Chances are you are using a browser that is either not properly set up or can't handle it.  I am using Firefox.

How fast is your internet connection? I remember back when my internet was slower than Sprint 3G, and it would take a while to load the chat. Not sure if that's related or not, but if you're internet connection is slow, that might be part of what's causing the issue.
