Train off the Rails, and not moving? Bug?

I was playing on my city in Greysmiths Ridge when i saw a commuter train near the International Airport. The Engine on the train was off the rails and was not moving. It looked like a train derailment but i knew there was no derailment because iv never heard of them in Simcity only in Simcity 4. I managed to get some screenshots.

First the commuter train derailment in Connecticut two weeks ago, and then the freight train explosion in Baltimore the other day, now this! It looks like the track texture on that bridge "fell off" and the train is hung up on the truss now. Quite a graphical glitch indeed.

just an observation and a question

picture #1 it looks like the bridge under that train is broken or malformed connector from left to right where it connects to land

 

if its a malformed it may be trying to change directions right at that spot

 

I can't really tell but its just my view on the picture above

 

would hate to be in that train if it did happen hahah
