Well good luck admins in your counting quest. I am looking forward to seeing if you can actually do it in just a few days!

Wow, it was around 600 last year and it is 1100 this year! That isn't an increase, that's a boom! If it took them a long time to do 600, I can't imagine them doing 1100!!! 47.gif

Well, we do have a lot of staff now, probably more than twice what we had last year. And, I've seen the table in the staff rom, from my wanderings in the ventalation pipes throughout the vast expanse our out virtual universe (we have central heating!44.gif) and that table should be big enough.

That is a table right?

... And don't ask how I fit in the ventiallation. It's a secret38.gif

Well Videoman, I have an idea how you may fit in there; Cable goes just about anyplace.

This is my first Trixie Event. After this ceremony, I will consider myself veteran status. Six month membership, a Trixies and an avid participant, should constitute enough status, IMO.

It isn't the Trixies without the veteran who thought up about it (To newer members and members who have never heard about me, I thought up about the Trixies2.gif)35.gif.40.gif

I can't wait. 3.gif

How long did it take to count the nominations here last year?

And for the voting, we don't want Florida again. 3.gif

Isn't that comment a little premature and presumptious? Especially when you know that dropping hints pertaining to awards isn't favourably viewed upon by the staff...Unless of course you meant something else with that comment.

And as screwball said, veteran status, when purely viewed in a chronological sense, doesn't really apply to members who have been here since six months ago. I think a year and a half at least cuts it. 2.gif

Yes I noticed, it was a very good idea of yours. I would like to see you around more often but RLS hits us all.

Btw, since this thread is still pinned there is no need to fill it with off topic posts guys.

Well, I took it to mean he has been through the trixie award process.   Not that that process is finished yet, but he has put his nominations in.

Hello again,

I whatever happens during the award ceremony, my theory is that every vote will count, as in a British election.

And counting is slower in developing countries: In Britain, it only takes about 6 hours from the closing of ballot to know the ultimate result, which, Blair won. But watch out, Blair! Your new licensing laws may not work as expected.

Okay, back to the Golden Llama Awards, and another thing is in the counting room, you don't get as much counters as the sheer amount of counters in a town hall counting the British election results.

Oh, went off-track again, let me try this...

I've made two nominations. I'll reveal my choice when the awards are handed out.

I think it is rarely done. Sometimes some people tell me who they voted for.

The 2004 awards should give you an idea of what 2005 would look like.

Seriously, though, take your time.
