The 2005 Trixies are being counted

Ok, well, It's been a week since they started counting. And I guess they were watching as the votes come in so they may have a general idea...but, there is about twice as many votes as last year...and last year it took 2 weeks...but we also have a few new Admins...anyone like to do the math for me?

Bear in mind I am saying three weeks from the trixie nominations closed, I can't be any more detailed due to lack of additinal infomation so it could be days either way of my estimated date. We shall have to wait and see...

I think this question has been answered on seveal occasions already. When we vote for a specific category, the person in that category who receives the most votes will get the Trixie. If everything is tied up, I'm pretty sure the admins or Trixie staff vote themselves on who should get the award. It is a very fair way of voting, so basically, the people decide who get it, unless the voting is tied, then the Trixie staff/admins will decide.

Some IP addresses may be specifically from public computers, which could be used by numerous Simtropolis Members just popping into the internet caf

i will just say this - an IP is not the only way to know two users are the same person. call it a spidey sense or what-not, some things simply are impossible to hide from the al-knowing Dirktator and his crew of loyal followers .

Yes, the admins have spidey senses of sorts, and they can tell from the context of the posts...and from the actions of the members...

Besides, what is the chance of multiple members of ST going to the same internet cafe, and nominating the same user?
