Here are 3 images from my CJ of Rusted Bridge.  Rusted Bridge proper took meteor hits during one disaster event, brutal.  I was using the Red & Black filter and it was during the day.

Great photos Board_Marshal. I'm usually fretting too much during disasters to remember to take photos or videos!

Wow, the red and black filter makes the disaster look really vicious.

During the day the bright sunlight seems to wash out the colors of most of filters.  I decided the red & black filter might work (stronger contrast) and as you can see it actually exacerbates the explosion effects at ground zero.  The facades of the buildings almost go completely bright white with no distinguishable details, like nuke going off.  Oh, and that was a 4 meteor strike which destroyed or burned down a most of that area so it wasn't just vicious looking, it was vicious.

Thanks, these are the first pics of a disaster using this filter.  I've always used the R&B at night only to highlight certain buildings or scenes.

With a substantial amount of money in the bank I don't worry too much about what might get destroyed.  The disasters are more annoying than anything else because of the need to wait until the fires stop, then bulldoze, replace parks, and then all of the buildings comeback anyway.  The effects of the disasters aren't even persistent (well, unless you get nuked) so it doesn't really impact gameplay if you have a good pile of cash.  If I was in a more tenuous economic position I would be more nervous regarding a disaster destroying a vital and expensive building.  I can't even bare to build a nuclear power plant; I would be too anxious all of the time.

Where are these filters located?

While in a city hit the menu button (...) and go to settings -> graphics -> near the bottom of the menu are filters and brightness adjustment.  Select a filter and then hit "apply".

Dear sir/madam/whoever will read this!

This profile is now defunct.

Computer problems and issues with accessing my Imageshack account meant My SC4 CJ Scrapbook was lost and utterly irretrievable. This setback put me off SC4 for many months.

Apologies for the inconvenience and for the lost pictures.

But that SC4 itch did not go away and it had to be scratched! I have started afresh with a new account here- The British Sausage

The URS is a spiritual successor to the SC4 CJ Scrapbook.

With this update this will be the last time I visit my original Simtropolis account- admin/mods feel free to remove it or do whatever you need to do. I have no further use for the Ln X (BLANKBLANK) account.

With regards, Miles Saunders-Priem aka. Ln X aka. The British Sausage

I started doing a bunch of screen-caps recently for a screen saver.  I think all of these use the Neutral filter. I couldn't really find the one I was looking for. I see people post images that look like they have been shopped they are so nice.

Anyways here is what I've got so far.
