err... Belgium or Germany?

Btw, is Germany considered a former Warsaw pact country, seeing as only the Eastern half was? If it is considered part of the Warsaw pact, I guess Montenegro instead...

Congratulations, hello_SC4.  Mystery City #10 is Rostov Na Donu (Rostov on Don), Russia.  Read below for some Rostov info!

    Rostov Facts
Rostov Na Donu (English Rostov on Don) is a large port city located near the Sea of Azov on the Don River in southwestern Russia in the Caucasus.  It is the capital of Rostov oblast (Russian state system).  The city was effectively founded in 1749 when a Russian customs house was built on the Don; a kremlin (fortress) soon followed.  Rostov is known as the Gateway to the Caucasus for its location.  The city's economy, like much of Russia's, was nearly destroyed after the Communist collapse, but the city's economy has shown signs of recovery.  Over 1 million people live in Rostov Na Donu.

    Where am I?

Note:  I have been and am likely to be extremely busy at least until mid-October.  Updates to my games will likely be spotty, as they were this week.  Sorry for any inconvenience, hassle, etc.
