I'm gonna lot them like this, 4x1, 4x2 and 5x2 growable lots. I'll make them this way to avoid windowless sides to grow facing on the street.

I'll include my Junnelius Palace also into this set, it's not Jugend style but it's from same period (built in 1895).

Don't know about that... it needs lots of re-modelling, better night lights etc. If I find a very good reason, maybe.

Yet another one, lights and details are not final. I might need to make  two wealth levels, r$$ and r$$$.

Your buildings are excellent. Just one comment about your latest building's night lights. I think the light coming out of the main doorway at the bootom of the structure are a little to overwhelmingly bright.... but you did say that they need work, so that's my feedback. Keep up the good work!

looks really great. personaly I like the bright light in the entrence, althought it could be a bit less bright. another thing about the nightlights: somehow it seems that there's light comming throug the walls. could you fix that? further this buildings is really great

Prepo, you have so many AMAZING buildings, how come so little of them are being released?! Its a shame that the STEX cannot see your name plastered as an amazing BAT, these gems are hidden on your Forum! Release them PRONTO!!

Just a little tip here though.. you might want to change the base texture of the lots, as the pink doesent look that great with the buildings.

Great work. Try applying a slight gradient to the walls though - darker at the bottom, lighter up top. There's also something about these that makes them seem slightly too 'fresh' if you know what I mean. It's mainly the pastel colours that convey this.

Having said this, excellent work thus far! I particularly like the yellow and white corner building - it'll fit in in both modern and old settings.

The light brown versions look about right though. Those have the feel of an aging brick building. Something about the roof also doesn't quite convey the sense of age the design implies. Perhaps emphasising the grooves would help? Also, soot on the fireplace chimneys wouldn't go astray.

I know I'm probably being very very picky, and that this must seem like trite from somebody who doesn't BAT, but it's what I see.

On a positive note, however, these buildings have bucketloads of potential.
