Hi!

I'm just starting my city, and I loved those houses you had all of the same type (I think it was page 6? In the town that had Unity station) - can I ask where you got them from please?

you can get the station Here  (its from a japanese site)

look at the bottom right hand corner of the window and there should be some blue underlined words...click on them to download the file

EDIT: hmm for some reason i thought you wanted the station. reread it and found out you wanted the houses! oh well sorry for the mix up.

the houses are just out of the euro tileset in the game

Your city is coming along well. If I could please make a few suggestions. I think things would look better if you moved those parking garages closer to your airport and to reduce their number. Also those parking lots look like too much of a good thing. I know that most major airports have huge long term parking lots. Hower, a lot of those are mostly empty since most people utilize either public transportation or kiss and ride to get to the airport. This means that most people never park at the airport. This might have something to do with the high prices charged for parking. Anyway, keep up the good work. I feel that overall your whole region is excellent!

I'd vote for the new parking lots, think they look better. And the small hq-pics are definitely better than the older larger ones

Anyway, keep up the good job! Although I agree somewhat with Flying_Dutch_Man is still consider this one of the most realistic airports on ST at the moment (together with Joerg's), so keep on building!

sorry for a long wait on the update, i should have it in a little bit. its been very busy by me and im trying to keep everything in balance. look for an update soon! thanks for voting!

finally got some time to update! i have a large update for you since i havent had updates in a little while..so here it is...

 

 

 

    Now with an extension of medium dense growth, sporting facilities, and airport transportation, Santa Terra is beginning to grow naturally and better as time goes on.  More people are beginning to travel to Santa Terra, take vacations, and begin large world wide businesses. Here are a few shots of the city overall

 

 

 

 

 

and now i have some random closeup shots as well as some important closeup shots to show of the city

 

Here is a shot of the north side of Santa Terra, near the smaller businesses, the Sim Metro Life Center, home of the Santa Terra Jaguars (Hockey)

 

 

Here is a shot of the north side of downtown near James Morgenn Center, the one and only Ong Condo

 

 

and now, at the core of downtown, are the first three NDEX BATs: on the left, Niobium Energy Corporation, in the middle, James Morgenn Center, and on the right, Intre Gen Corporate Center

 

 

and south of these is the tallest building in the city, PDA's Washington Tower

 

 

and now as i get into the residential area here is the top university in Mandursuro, Mandursuro University

 

First here is a shot of MU's sports fields, also showing the MU Lions (American Football) Stadium

 

 

and right next to that is the school buildings themselves of Mandursuro University (EDIT: sorry for the typo on the text Mandursuro University Sports Fields i was kinda in a hurry)

 

 

here is a shot of the first and only (so far) light rail station extended out to commuters: 1st Street Station

 

 

heres a very nice building just recently built, designers would like to have more built around the city and in the future, are expected to

 

 

here is a final shot of the residential area, near the 1st and only (so far) monorail station: Greenline 1 Station...this station is used greatly by the residents around here

 

 

and a final picture of the update, located on 1st street (southern main avenue in downtown heading east/west) just near the freeway is the one and only hotel built in Santa Terra, Embassy Suites Hotel

 

 

 

 

     Santa Terra has now grown largely after some time. What used to be a small town which was hardly known in the middle of nowhere has turned into one of the largest business spots on Mandursuro. Residential population now stands around 105,000 and Commercial population at around 300,000.  More and more residents are moving into Santa Terra at a rapid pace with the amount of jobs offered. Santa Terra is also growing into a well known city because of its age. Santa Terra is now 119 years old and is growing at a little less than 100,000 people a year.

 

 

Next update is nightlife Santa Terra!

Finally an update again! It looks impressive; I have some questions though: where did you get that Sim Metro Life Center? is it on the STEX? And what about the 1st Street lightrail station? I love that one, it looks very realistic; and the Embassy Suites Hotel looks stunning too! Can't wait for the next update!

I like your downtown area but i don't see many new buildings...i mean where is the PDA  you told me grew there? Eh? Eh?I though you were talking about the Huge building not the Washington Tower which is big and cool but not as much as the One International Trade Center

Anyway..Nice!!
