    Hi guys,

First of all: I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm a beginner to mods in SC4.

I just installed NAM and first of all I like it a lot! Anyway I've layed down soms GLR/tramway paths, as well as GLR-in-Ave paths. But now I'm kinda stuck. How do I build stations (I mean, where can I find them, they don"t seem to be included in NAM) and how do I let the trams actually drive? And do you need some kind of starter piece?

Also, can a GLR be a replacement for the subway in my city (about 160,000 people)?

First, GLR, subway and Elevated rail are all versions of the same light rail system. GLR is actually EL with its legs cut off.

Next, by policy, no lots are included in the NAM, only networks. The stations are on the STEX. Just open the exchange and search for GLR Station. Be darned careful to get the most recent ones, and you'll have fewer handsprings to getting them into the game. Be sure to read all the documentation, and if there is something you don't understand, try it. If you have a problem after that, ask.

Okay so my trams will automatically run if I complete the GLR path with some stations?

Yes, although you will have to 'activate' the stations first. You can do this by drawing El-Rail through the GLR lots, or if you are using a Tram-On-Road station, use one way roads to do this.

This ensures that automata will run completely through the stations.
