Zimmer City (Pop: 155,626)

Hello, my biggest city is Zimmer City. It has 155,626 residents. 86K Commerical Jobs and 19K Industrail jobs, I try to deal with Industrail Jobs later but I'm trying to deal with low commerical Demand. Now more about my city: After adding a river, a lake, and some moutains. I started making the Highways (Which I always do when I start my cities) It was first a small town, with small houses that are now High Rises and Skyscrapers. It started having High rises somewhere in 40K people, I made my Downtown in 20K people, Then I started working on the rail. Later on, Crime was increasing a little, and Pollution was increasing (Later on, I started dealing with it but I put a power plant that sucks in the Pollution to make Power). Then when I reached my 100k people, I downloaded restricted signs and made a Top Sercet base (Anoymous base) and a Toxic Waste Dump not too far from it. Which the Residental areas, and stuff weren't that close to the base. Now, I put a screenshot of my city.
