Maxis Buildings Lot Size

Greetings,Simtropolians. I have question about building lot size, specifically Maxis buildings. I have a few mod but I don't have any custom growable/ploppable lot. From what I know, in low density residential, it's possible to have 4x4, 4x5 lot. In low density commercial, there are 2 buildings that are 6x6 lot (i just discover this yesterday! ).

What is the possible lot size in each low, medium & high density residential/commercial zone? (original, Maxis buildings only not BAT stuff)

If it possible, where can I find the complete list?

You could download the Lot Editor and browse through all lots there.

Thanks. I have the Lot Editor but never open it.

EDIT: Gone through the LE. It did show the lot sizes & stages but I don't see any indicator on what density zone they would grow. Is it somewhere in there?

OK. I got Lot Editor, iLive Reader & SC4Tool. They are great for getting all the parameters/stats of lots. But one thing that I can't find is the density zone the building can grow. Or maybe I just don't know how to read the information...

Anyway, I found this site > http://www.tgdb.net/...y_4-page30.html . I has some of the information I want.

I get it now, building stages is what determine its density level.
