Every single demand mod you can find...

RHW, NWM, and SAM are good ones. I like SPAM for farms. A slope mod is good for realism, but can be very frustrating at times. Demand mods take away from the challenge of the game, but make building megalopolises easier. CAM may be good if you want to build skyscrapers. There are tons out there depending on what you're looking for.

CAM would be great if you like bigger cities with more building levels. There are several towers that have jobs that require this mod too, specially on the BSC.
