Also, just do a quick search on the S.T.E.X. for "Paris" and/or "France" and you'll find items that will help you recreate your capital city.

also go to toutsimcities.com you will find tons of French buildings as well as euro version of NAM

and just about anything else with French flavor such as road signs, trees, canals etc
