Foxworth, a thriving and modern city. When it was found it only had 24 sims, and now it has 128,880 sims. Due to a housing boom, Foxworth is seeing growth now, but with all of its low density zoning it the city of Foxworth itself has no signs of reaching 1 million sims.

This picture right here is a overview picture of the region. You can easily tell that the metro area has alot of water area but not alot of land area. Foxworth is currently developing towards the north, as you can see.

This beach is located in Downtown Foxworth. It shows off the coastal beauty that is Foxworth.

Rain falls in a newly developed middle class neighborhood. The rain was needed since the area was in a drought, but none of the residents asked for a beating like this neighborhood is getting. The NWS didi issue a warning to watch out for cloud-to-ground lightning.

This is a neighborhood developing in the Isazsec neighborhood, approximately 17 miles from downtown Foxworth. The Isasec neighborhood is one of the richest neighborhoods in the city of Foxworth, which has always been known to be rich, even when the city has a population only 1,283

Today we will have an update about two islands located in the mouth of the Foxworth River.

The Island of Gardea- Estimated Population as of 2004 was 640

    SOz2ml.jpg

2000- Growth was slow due to the fact that Parkingson Elementary and Feline High are still being constructed, and residents can't go anywhere else since these two islands are the only residential source in Eastern Downtown Foxworth.

2001- Parkingson Elementary and Feline High are now constructed, and develelopers can continue with residential construction which will soon allow commercial construction to start.

Mid 2001- Little residential construction has started, but as for commercial, a Petco was built, and the Hilter's Helpers Recycling Center was also built.

Late 2002- Now the growth starts to take in, many houses have been built, and a park is proposed, but not likely.

Early 2004- Not much has changed, except a public pool was built and the residential development area was expanded by a little.

The Island of Hoodwinked- Estimated Population as of 2004 was 230

2001- Growth is taking place, and this island is expected to share schools with The Island of Gardea, due to there close proximity. A Mcdonalds was also confirmed and already being constructed.

    QYetwl.png

Early 2002- Growth exploded with the opening of the McDonalds House of Donald, the first McDonalds of this type.

Late 2003- Growth has now slowed with the slowing of the birth rate, which was 2 Per Mouth prior to October 2003.

Hope you liked the update, comment below and see if you are featured in the reply pic!!!!!

Just a few suggestions I have to give:

1)No grid or UDI zots when taking pics. They will look a lot better.

2)Get a slope mod. The slopes on those bridges are unrealistic.

3)A little photo editing won't hurt.

4)Maybe if possible, could you make your images a little bigger? It's kinda hard to see what you are trying to show.

Other than that, nice start! Can't wait to see a glass and steel paridise eventually!
