So this is a plan I will begin next month on my new Laptop or possibly just do it on a regular computer. I am going to begin making East Coast style suburban homes based on Charlotte's DR Horton, Eastwood, Ryland, KB, and several other colonial plans. Just to get a taste of the houses I may be doing, here are too things that may seem similar: 7106 Broadford Court, Charlotte, North Carolina, United States , 13222 Mallard Landing Road, Charlotte, North Carolina, United States , and possibly more. This is mostly for homes, but I may be doing some shops as well. I will need your help and post some BATing help on my other help with BATing thread. I have a lot of free time on my hands, except school is taking over, and you should expect weekly updates. You shouldn't get your hopes up first, although you should a little, I will get to it some time at the end of this year, but I will mostly release my stuff in zip files and they will be released in packs. If I really get into this BATing, you could expect 2 packs of houses or shops every month. Look forward to seeing some more plans of the houses will use later this week.

Sorry about the delay, I should get all I need this weekend with my dad downloading some of it. I have added more plans to my list along with the modern suburb houses. I plan to mix in some Queen Anne, Halifax, colonial, and Victorian houses as well as thrift shops and old restaurants. I hope to begin this weekend and hope all goes well with that first house. I will need help with lot editing when I get there, because I do not want to have any maxis, but I need to focus on 3d modeling.

Well, my dad restarted his whole computer upstairs, where I downloaded 3ds Max, so he haves to make an account and I have to install everything again. I should be making something after he gets things figured out. No worries.

And this is why you start a BAT thread when you have something to start it with.

I wish you good luck and success with everything you do, but next time better try to hold your horses and get something to post before you post. This thread has been running for more than a month now, and so far everything we have seen is big announcements. Remember that you can ask general BAT-related questions in the BAT - Troubleshooting & General Discussion thread. Stuff like a broken down computer can happen to anyone and is unavoidable, but a one-month empty BAT thread is not exactly a force majeure event...

Here it is, an classic American Foursquare house, I call it the Newark Manor. It's a great way to start off BATing because it is easy, but it's also full of nice architecture and could be very useful. Leave suggestions in the comments, but I will start pretty soon.

P.S.: Don't worry about 10402 Orchid Hill Lane, Charlotte, North Carolina it may come whenever I finish this house, I just have to focus on this house first.
