Just thought of something, if I could humbly make a request. Any chance of a small, simple clubhouse lot? All the ones I've found are huge lots with parking lots, whereas I'd prefer to make my own plaza and parking lot configurations, and it would help fit into those tight spaces of established neighborhoods. Either way, thank you!

Hey! I'm still working out the kinks on the lots as I use them and see what needs improvement. As a clubhouse lot, I was thinking of releasing a relot of the Maxis Country Club reward, or were you thinking of something different?

I think the Maxis clubhouse is one of the better buildings from Maxis, so that works, as long as the lot isn't too much bigger than the building itself. You might choose a path set like BSC parks or Paeng's Castle Walk, etc that it could be tied into if you really want to get fancy, but it likely won't need it.

 

Incidentally, what are you using for the cart paths? I can't seem to find that MMP

Fun fact: the clubhouse is inspired by Sid Meier's SimGolf. It's a really fun game if you've never played it.

 

I've just used the default golf course. Here's two of my nicer-looking locations for them.

Chicago Loop Golf Resort !

Downtown giant park area is crying for some usefull filling ! Except parks and the museum campus at the south and the Chicago Bears Soldierfield. This long stretch at the lakeshore front ideal for..? Golf ! This ArtGolf set is very extensive in size; some fiddle with the links it isn´t a championship golfcourse but at least a challenge. Local busines people entertain their guest during businees meetings. Golf talents excersiez their sport !

At the back of the museum for natural history there are some more holes to at least have full 18 hole course !

Player´s don´t have to cross the avenue there´s tunnel provided to cross inbetween  thje course parts !
