I had Danish Pancakes for breakfast. They are Trader Joe's brand and known as Æbleskiver in Denmark.

Ocram's Razor: Though "more things shouldn't be used than are necessary," they're just too fun to pass up! Expect many verbose arguments from me. I will try to write abstracts before or short summaries after from now on.

Words to live by:
"Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit. But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit... But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually..." 1 Corinthians 4-11

"Do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:34
"Do not judge so that you will not be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you." Matthew 7:1-3

Just finished my morning mocha, today enhanced by a dollop of whipping cream (oh! the guilt!). I think I'll grab a scrambled egg sandwich for my mid-morning and skip breakfast.

Oh wow I had the most amazing sanwhich for lunch. I had a panini with a marble bread topped with horse radish sauce, pastrami and swiss cheese. It was simple and had an almost smokey aftertaste.

Just finished off the vanilla ice cream and root beer float overflowing from a towering glass.

Oh well, so much for dinner now...and I was planning to make an herb-laden tomato and orzo soup dressed with onions sautéed in olive oil, as well as garlic naan for soup dipping.

If you ate all that at one sitting, you need to go out for a run.

I just finished a banana, and am sipping my morning mocha. Later, I might grab a fruit bagel with cream cheese.
