Hamish, I used to get very sick in the mornings as well. I still do if I eat breakfast straight away when I get up. Now I like to wait about an hour and just have some yogurt (which I keep at work) and then have a larger lunch a couple hours later. But any time of day is a good time to eat breakfast food for me. It's just the timing of breakfast in relation to when I wake up that I don't like.

Skimbo, it ain't just you! I thought we were like 200 posts ago... Of course I've been rather busy with the whole moving-to-Japan-and-starting-a-new-job thing.

I remember I was quite happy to have gotten my post count up to 1/day. Then I got sick and lost motivation to regularly visit ST. That has since changed, although I wonder how many more years it will take before I reach that 10k post threshold.

Breakfast is meh, but my wife is quite the cook and I rather look forward to eating whatever comes out of the kitchen.

EDIT: Also I thought I said happy birthday to Skimbo back there, but apparently not. So here it is!
